- Informs the customer about the oncoming payment term,
- Collects and reports information about completed settlements,
- Controls if payment terms are respected,
- Issues monitories calling for settling financial liabilities,
- Contacts debtors in order to specify the reasons for delaying with payment,
- Controls security of Customer’s financial resources being at the disposal of debtors
