The homogenizing mixer is designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry, as well as wherever there is a need to mix components of different density, extreme viscosity, in an atmosphere of inert gas or in a vacuum, at a freely chosen temperature. The product obtained is always homogeneous and the powders added are ground and dissolved, or they form a uniform suspension. The machine allows the process to be carried out in aseptic conditions, fully controlled by the control unit, with all the most important process parameters being recorded.
Characteristic technical data and structure
1. Usable capacity - according to an orderer's requirements.
2. Material - elements that are in contact with the product: 316L steel, other elements: 304 steel.
3. The heating-cooling mantle: double-sectional
4. Insulation and an isolation mantle made of 304 steel hermetically welded.
5. The upper lid unscrewed as a whole.
6. A system of slow-speed backward agitators.
7. The draining valve, nitrogen valve, vacuum cut-off valve, wash valve, outlet valve - pneumatic;
8. A vacuum pump with a water-ring controlled by a vacuum meter.
9. A dispersive homogenizer encased in the bottom of the tank
10. Internal surfaces polished
11. The whole process is controlled by a control unit programmable with the sequence of all the functions
12. A bearing frame with all the constituent elements installed on it.
