The Metallurgical Project Consulting, Design and General Supplies Co. HpH is a joint-stock company acting on the basis of the Commercial Code as well as of the Bill dt. 13.07.1990 on Privatization of State Companies, established by privatization of Metallurgical Machinery and Equipment Designers and Contractors "Hutmaszprojekt-Hapeko" - a state company, having been operating since 1976. By decision of the District Count in Katowice, dt. 21st December 1990, the company was put down in the Commercial Register under No. RHB 8898.and afterwards on the 29.11.2001 in National Court Register - The Register of Entrepreneurs under No. KRS 0000066849.


Subject of activity

Subject of activity of the company is:
- management of production, trade, services, modernization and development, research and scientific works, agency of any kind, extensive consulting in all scopes, but especially in: metallurgy, foundry engineering, electronics, power engineering, chemical engineering, environment monitoring, transport, mechanical and building enginering as well as technical services in the form of preparation and interpretation of estimations experts' reports, designs and feasibility studies, analyses, carrying out control and inspection operations, tests, elaboration of technical assumptions and technical and economical reports.
HpH also uses and implements prototypes both in Poland and abroad, on own or third parties' account, independently or in co-operation with other Polish or foreign economic subjects; - management of domestic and international commercial turnower.


Company capital

The share capital of the Company amounts to 1.282.320 Zloty and is divided into 64.116 shares (registered and bearer shares) Shareholders are individuals as well as industrial and trade companies, among them the HPR S.A. - Katowice and FAMAK Co., Kluczbork.
