el olivo olive oil co is an Edinburgh based company specialising on importing high quality organic and traditional extra virgin olive oils and vinegars from spain. In 2005 we were awarded with two great taste awards medals.

Leading our organic range of oils we have Oliflix a first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil made 100% from the renowned arbequina olives It has a nutty sweet flavour. Umbria Toledana is our fruity PDO single estate unfiltered organic extra virgin olive oil from Central Spain. Finally we have VERDE SALUD our PDO organic extra virgin olive oil from Jaen (Southern Spain). This excellent oil has a medium peppery taste.

In our traditional range we have ZAITUM a fruity oil produced under the PDO of Montes de Toledo.It has been ranked as one of the top ten Spanish extra virgin olive oils by the newspaper El Pais (February 2005). The elegant bottles which contain our family produced Herencia Mediterranea extra virgin olive oil have been awarded with the prize for design and innovation on the 2003 International Food Week of SAL Exhibition in Madrid. We also offer Oliflix first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil as part of our traditional range.
