Metal furniture with a new design is designed especially for public spaces of cities and parks. It can be used also for public catering facilities, such as bars, cafés, canteens of all types, restaurants as well as for home dining rooms and dining nooks. It is also suitable for waiting rooms of authorities, offices and places with a high frequency of people. In health service facilities, metal furniture makes observing higher hygienic demands on the given environment easier, in particular when plastic surfaces are applied. An undisputable disadvantage of this furniture is also its non-flammability. The furniture can be used to furnish gardens, terraces, and restaurant gardens too. The quality of the design and its finish by powder baking paints intensify the resistance and life of the product. Individual elements of metal furniture can be used for individual atypical solutions of furnishings in newly designed buildings.

Technical description

The most fundamental part of the whole SN furniture system is a seat made of a thin-walled steel tube of the diameter of 22 mm and of a 3D formed network made of a steel wire the with diameter of 2,5 mm. The 3D network has raster of 18 x 27 mm.

Perfect (ergonomic) shapes of products are achieved due to using progressive technologies of tube frame bending (bending method with an internal floating mandrel) and absolutely original technologies of a highly-demanding production of the 3D formed network. The 3D network is connected with the tube frame by point welds. Thus produced all-metal whole exceeds in strength while having low weight.

This seat is used for the production of a large number of modifications of standard chairs SN 01, SN 02 PLUS suitable for the use in the interior (dining nooks, restaurants etc.) as well as its variants SN 03 – 04 that are used both in the interiors (public spaces of offices, waiting rooms of health service facilities etc.) and in the exterior (park benches) and that can be used according to special and specific requests of designers.
