Torf Corporation Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. (TC) is a Polish manufacturer with pharmaceutical origins (with shares owned by American investor). Being present on the Polish market from 1989, TC has won the recognition and loyalty of Polish customers who respect it for highest quality products and continuation of Professor Tolpa’s research project devoted to descovering of curative peat properties. Starting from peat preparation Tolpa production, the assortment has been expanded to a wide range of products based on natural ingredients: toohpaste, cosmetics and pharapharmaceuticals. From 1999 TC has been manufacturing cosmetics and toohpaste for big retailing chains under private label.

As the only one in the world, Torf Corporation has in its possession the unique patent for peat extract that preserves peat properties but has a light, cream colour. Peat extracts used in TC products come from the special deposit found in ecologically clean areas of Poland. At the beginning, the company’s efforts concentrated on pharmaceutics production - mainly Peat Preparation Tolpa Tablets (PPT). Many years of Professor Tolpa’s researches proved immunoregulative and immunostymulative effects of peat extract on human organism. With the passing time, Torf Corporation began to use peat extract in other than pharmaceutics production, for example cosmetics and toothpastes.
