Remix offers for the foundry industry the following furnaces: chamber furnaces, car-bottom furnaces, furnaces for continuous work and automated plants. These units are designed for annealing, solutioning, ageing of alloy casts. Within the latest design solutions we obtain high level of output, high quality of heat systems, modern thermal insulation, regular temperature profile, modern outfit of control panels and also low consumption of energy.

Typical example of our units for heat treatment of casts is electrical chamber car-bottom furnace KREW-10/1400 designed for heat treatment, mainly for annealing, where temperature reaches up to 1000 in oxidizing air atmosphere. This furnace is very well adjusted for a/m processes due to: heating elements installed at each wall of heating chamber, in the hearth, in the door, at the ceiling and also due to high quality of regulating and temperature systems. Loading and unloading of charge is carried out with hearth moved forward. Hearth may be moved on track due to drive system.

The typical example of our furnaces for heat treatment of casts is the line for solutioning and ageing of aluminium cast alloys. Such plant consists of: two electric chamber furnaces D, a water tank WW, a charging unit of CLP and of collected table SO. The working principle of this line is simple. The charge in the basket is put on one of the charging tables where is taken by the charging unit and moved to the heating chamber of the furnace D-05/2500. After heating the charge to the correct temperature for solutioning, the charge is taken out and dipped in the water bath in the tank WW. The temperature of cooled water in the tank is regulated. After drying, the charge is put into another furnace D-02/2500 where the ageing of casts follows. After finishing the process the charge is put again on the collected table. The line may work in an automatic and as well as in a manual cycle.
