Our enterprise is present on real estate market since July 2001. We act on the base of license no 1403 issued on 22 march 2001 by Polish Authorities. We are proud of big number of successful transaction concluded with our intermediary. Due to big difference of our transaction and facing still new challenges on real estate market we’re still gathering valuable experience. In order to meet still emerging new challenges we continue increasing our qualification. Just before polish accession to EU we have attended special series of conferences organized by PFRN and CEPI called "European Real Estate Academy". Achieved knowledge of rules and condition on real estate European markets made us better prepared for international co-operation. In nearest future we are planning to widen our service by real estate valuation. After successful graduation of postgraduate studies and practice course we are awaiting for final license exams. Nevertheless knowledge of valuation techniques as well as better understanding of law and administration regulation concerning real estate is very useful in our advising activity.
Since 2004 our office is associated in local Real Estate Agents Association a member of Polish Real Estate Federation.
